Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you may receive a limited license to use the software or solutions as specified in your agreement with Brahm Consultancy Services.

Termination

Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

Cancellation Policy

All IT services provided by Brahm Consultancy Services are considered a committed engagement and cannot be canceled once initiated. Once a project is underway, you are obligated to pay for the full scope of services outlined in the contract, regardless of any decision to terminate early. No refunds or credits will be issued for canceled services, except in cases of extreme circumstances as determined solely by Brahm Consultancy Services management.
